Head of HR Business Partnering division

We are seeking a Head of HR Business Partnering division to align our people initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. This position reports directly to the Head of Human Capital Management department.
 
🚩The successful candidate will:
·       Inspire, develop, and manage a high performing team of HR Business Partners, provide coaching and mentorship to the HR Business Partners, ensuring that they are equipped with the right skills, tools, and talents necessary for executing their duties;
·       Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders on performance management, policy interpretation and application, talent management and employee relations issues;
·       Partner with leadership to align People strategy to business strategy and act as change agent to support transformation to best practice status;
·       Lead the annual deliverables for the whole organization: resourcing, goal-setting and performance appraisals, promotions & salary increases etc.;
·       Evaluate pattern

s, metrics and trends to provide proactive insights to address certain needs;
·       Conduct ongoing analysis on staffing needs and design talent and performance management strategies to meet those needs;
·       Partner with Organizational Development and HR Operations divisions to provide solutions for internal clients.
