"AzInTelecom" LLC Position – Project Specialist Responsibilities: ·Manage, monitor and track project scope and its objectives (IT & Soft projects) ·Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner ·Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan ·Coordinate and meet with related departments for the needs of project ·Provide project updates, presentations, reports consistently to management about status, progress and adjustments ·Update, check and complete records&forms, conduct data analyses ·Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution ·Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement ·Monitor customer satisfaction Requirements: ·Bachelor degree (Computer science, information technologies preferred) ·3 years of experience in project management (Experience in IT companies preferred) ·Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred ·Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices ·Excellent analytical skills ·Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills ·Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills Interested candidates can send their CVs to the e-mail address[email protected], indicating the name of the vacancy – Project Specialist in the subject line.
