Startups: Cekura Raises $2.4M to Test AI Voice Agents

Cekura, founded by IIT Bombay alumni, secured $2.4M in seed funding led by Y Combinator. The startup builds tools to stress-test AI voice agents, simulating adversarial calls—harassment, trickery, toxic scenarios—to bolster reliability before deployment. Their SaaS pricing starts at $1,000/month, serving clients in healthcare, finance, and more (~70 customers so far) .

Why it’s significant: With voice assistants becoming widespread, the need for robust QA tools to prevent failures in critical environments is skyrocketing. Cekura sets a precedent for reliability-focused AI testing.
