What you will do
- Performs service desk functions, responds to ticket inquiries, records, documents, and troubleshoots customer issues.
- Performs duties associated with setup, configuration, and installation of system software products and peripheral equipment.
- Programs and troubleshoots computer software and hardware. Identifies, logs, and resolves problems
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience with superior attention to detail.
- A sincere interest in the IT/Technology field and technical knowledge
- Willing to learn, study and train
- Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
