Kapital Bank is seeking a highly motivated interns to join Transformation Center of Excellence within Data Management Office. Data Transformation Analyst Intern will support the data management team in maintaining and analyzing large data sets, ensuring data quality, and assisting with data governance activities.

• Assist in managing and maintaining data within databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Help develop and implement data management best practices and procedures.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation activities to ensure data quality.
• Support data governance initiatives by documenting data standards and assisting with compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and resolve data issues.
• Generate reports and dashboards to present insights and trends from data sets to stakeholders.
• Assist in data migration and integration projects by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data.
• Document workflows, processes, and procedures related to data management activities.

Tələblər

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Data Analytics Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a passion for working with data.
• Familiarity with data management principles, databases, and data modeling concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL is a plus.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
