- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and prepare detailed reports.
- Contribute to the ideation and development of creative content for social media posts, Reels, and TikTok videos in collaboration with the creative team.
- 3–5 years of agency experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Advanced skills in competitive analysis, reporting, and creating compelling presentations.
- Oral and written proficiency in Russian and English.
- A creative mindset with experience in content idea generation for social platforms, especially short-form video formats.
